Travel Terms and
Conditions
Asia Paradise Travel, as represented by the website
asiaparadisetravel.net provides services in Vietnam,
Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. When you purchase any
services offered by Asia Paradise Travel, you are
entering a contractual arrangement between you and Asia
Paradise Travel and followed by below Terms &
Conditions. Please read the information below to ensure
you understand the Terms & Conditions prior to your
booking.
1. Quotation
Our quotation is sent to you by email with the Itinerary
and Services. However, the quotation may change slightly
without notice before the deposit is made. This is due
to variability in the prices of suppliers such as
entrance fees, toll fees and fuel. Before the deposit is
made, Asia Paradise Travel has the right to raise or
lower prices for these reasons.
2. Deposit and Final Payment
In general, a deposit of 30% of the total Tour cost is
required at the time of booking. This can be paid by
Credit Card (via online payment) or by Bank Transfer.
The final payment is to be paid on arrival. The deposit
and final payment may change depending on the services
clients book with Asia Paradise Travel. Our travel
consultant will advise you of the exact deposit and
final payment, together with the due date of payment.
+ Cash is preferred for the final payment to reduce any
fee.
+ If you are making the final payment by Bank Transfer,
please pay at least 3 weeks (21 days) before you leave
your country and send us the Bank Slip. Please check the
details of your transaction carefully as any errors may
cause a delay in us receiving your payment.
+ If you are making the final payment by Credit Card, we
advise you to pay before arrival to avoid any problems
with the credit card or credit security issue that may
delay payment.
+ If the final payment is not paid within the specified
time, it is the right of Asia Paradise Travel to
withdraw our services.
3. Payment Method
+ By Credit Card/Debit Card via Secured Online Payment:
For the deposit or final payment you can pay via our
secured online payment gateway (OnePay). Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards are accepted.
Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be added when
you pay online. The link for payment will be sent to you
when you confirm your booking.
+ By Bank Transfer: We advise you to use a Bank Transfer
instead of online payment when you are paying large sums
of money to avoid the high on-line payment fee. This is
a suitable method to use for final payments, or if you
do not wish to bring large sums of cash on your Tour.
When you are due to make your final payment our travel
consultant will send you our Bank details for you to
make the Bank transfer to us. Please send us the Bank
Slip via email. We should then receive your payment in 3
to 7 working days, although it can take longer. Please
transfer the final payment 21 days before you leave for
your Tour to avoid any delays or errors.
Asia Paradise Travel is not responsible for any
omissions or errors made by you or a third party travel
service resulting in delayed or denied transactions. If
your Bank Transfer is not completed within the specified
time due to an error made by you or a third party, we
will ask you to use another method such as Credit Card
or cash to secure your booking. If an alternate method
of payment is not made, Asia Paradise Travel reserves
the right to refuse service to your group. Please note
that we will always consult with you to resolve any
payment issues.
4. Confirmation
In general, Asia Paradise Travel will confirm your
booking by email within 2 days after the deposit is
made. You will be informed of any changes to services
via email or by telephone. When urgent confirmation is
required, we will confirm your booking status at the
time of reservation.
5. Cancellations and Cancellation Fee
If you decide to cancel your Tour after your booking is
confirmed and full payment is received, the following
cancellation policy will apply:
+ Cancellation more than 45 days prior to departure: 10%
fee of the total cost will be applied;
+ Cancellation 21 - 44 days prior to departure: 20% of
the total cost will be applied;
+ Cancellation 5 - 20 days prior to departure: 30% of
the total cost will be applied;
+ Cancellation 1 - 4 days prior to departure: 50% of the
total cost will be applied;
+ Cancellation with no prior notice: 100% of the total
price will be applied.
Note: In the event of cancellation, please contact our
travel consultant as soon as possible to discuss your
reasons for cancelling. Asia Paradise Travel always aims
to find solutions satisfactory to both parties.
6. Policy for Children
In general, the Policy for Children price will be
applied as below. However, depending on the services
clients book with Asia Paradise Travel, our travel
consultant will send you the exact children’s price for
each booking.
+ Under 5 years: Free of charge for land Tour when
accompanied by at least 2 full paying adults and sharing
a bed with those 2 adults. The cost of flight tickets is
applied according to the airfare policy;
+ 5 to under 8 years: 50% of the land Tour price when
accompanied by at least 2 full paying adults and sharing
a bed with those 2 adults. The cost of flight tickets is
applied according to the airfare policy;
+ 8 to under 12 years: 75% of the total price when
accompanied by at least 2 full paying adults and sharing
a bed with those 2 adults;
+ 12 years and over: Fully charged as an adult.
Note: In all cases above a required extra bed is charged
as an adult.
7. Unused Services
There are no refunds or exchanges when services such as
meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours, transport or
any other services are not utilised by Tour members.
8. Complaints and Claims
If you are not satisfied with any of our services,
please inform our local guide or representative to avoid
any similar problems occurring again during your Tour.
In the case of a complaint or claim for compensation,
clients must inform us via email or fax within 21 days
after the end of your Tour.
In the event of any complaint, Asia Paradise Travel will
act as intermediary between clients and other service
suppliers including air, train, boat, and hotels. It is
our role to assist in resolving any problems or
complaints and to achieve the best outcome for our
clients.
9. Responsibilities and Force Majeure
Asia Paradise Travel shall not be liable for any direct
or indirect loss, financial loss, consequential loss,
pain and suffering, injury, damage to person or
property, change of itineraries or cancellation in part
or in full caused by climatic conditions, breakdown of
equipment, acts of government or other authorities,
civil disturbances, wars, strikes, riots, thefts,
epidemics, medical or customs regulations, terrorist
activities or other force majeure out of our control.
Asia Paradise Travel shall not be liable for the loss of
clients’ personal property, injury caused by acts of
omission, or by client negligence.
Asia Paradise Travel and its representatives will
provide advice and assistance on your Tour activities.
However Asia Paradise Travel shall not be responsible
for any risks you take when participating in activities.
10. Itinerary and Travel Documents
The Itinerary and list of accommodation (hotels or
cruises) in the Itinerary are subject to change due to
unforeseen circumstances that are out of the control of
Asia Paradise Travel. In these circumstances, Asia
Paradise Travel will try as far as possible to operate
the Tour as planned and where necessary, will provide
suitable alternatives of equivalent value.
Once you have received your booking confirmation,
cancellation fees may be charged if you decide to make
any changes to your Itinerary, departure date, or
destinations. Any changes are subject to the
availability of services. If air or transportation
schedules change, Asia Paradise Travel has the right to
modify the Itinerary to make the necessary alterations.
Any increase or reduction of costs will be calculated
and charged accordingly.
Clients are responsible for preparing their Passports
(valid for at least 6 months beyond their travel dates),
as well as necessary Visas and other documents required
for their Tour. Asia Paradise Travel is not liable for
the failure of clients to obtain or prepare necessary
documents.
11. Insurance
Asia Paradise Travel strongly recommends that clients
purchase personal Travel Insurance that includes trip
cancellation, medical, and other coverage.
12. Early Check-in
Early check-in is not included in our Tour price except
for special cases listed in our email. Check-in time for
most hotels and other accommodation is 14.00. Asia
Paradise Travel will act as an intermediary between
clients and hotels/accommodation to secure the earliest
available room. If clients request an early check-in and
availability is confirmed, there will be a surcharge.
This must be confirmed to clients by us in advance via
email.
13. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our transportation on Tour.
14. Accommodation
Accommodation listed in our Itinerary is not booked
until your deposit payment is confirmed, except in
special cases. We will confirm the availability of all
accommodation within about 2 working days. If certain
accommodation is not available, or any changes are
necessary, accommodation of similar standard will be
substituted.
15. Holidays or Special Events
During local or national holidays, special events and
special days, certain facilities or services such as
access to churches, museums, sightseeing tours,
restaurants and shops may be not available or may have
limited access. In such cases, alternative arrangements
will be offered whenever possible.
16. Privacy Policy
Asia Paradise Travel undertakes to protect your personal
information. Your details will be used for booking
services and accommodation, and registering at the
Tourist Site Authority. Please note that while every
effort is made to protect your personal information,
Asia Paradise Travel has no control over third party
practices on the use of such information, and shall not
be liable if they disclose your information.
17. Personal Data
Your personal data such as your name, email, phone
number may be used for our future marketing. If you do
not wish that, please inform us via email. There may be
photos and videos taken on your Tour and used for our
marketing strategy. Asia Paradise Travel reserves the
right to use those photos and videos unless you inform
us via email that you do not wish that.
The Terms and conditions above are subjected to change
without prior notice. However, should the terms and
conditions change after the deposit is made, we will
apply the terms and conditions before deposit payment.
